| Bio: | I work for Advanced Clustering Technologies building beowulf clusters used in all kinds of scientific research; as a part of the job, I occasionally travel. I go to UMKC part time. I also run the Kansas City Atheist Meetup.com group and participate in the Kansas City Ruby User's Group - I published a book on the Ruby programming language called "Ruby Phrasebook". I am a Games module maintainer for the GNOME free software platform project. I also have a great deal of interest in the Kansas City Linux User's Group and the international Debian project.
My partner Brandon and I own a home in Prairie Village, Kansas. Together we run the 20's Group at Passages. I also happen to have HIV and am involved in awareness and fund raising when time permits. Brandon is negative.
I have been involved in LGBT politics in various ways since I came out at age 17. |
